One;

Our initial meeting and completion of the fact find document (including supporting information) collection of required ID and Utility bills and acceptance of our privacy notice. (Download Here)

 

 Two;

 Acceptance of our proposal document.

 

Three;

Solutions search based on the information we gather from you and the proposal we create, this could be the identification of lenders or evidence gathering.

 

Four;

Signed Terms of Business, agreement on how to proceed and preparation of any product application(s).

 

Five;

Any further requirements from the funder(s) and final delivery of our agreed solutions.

 

 

Only once our clients are satisfied with delivery will we ask you to pay any of our fees – remember some suppliers may charge fees up front but these will not come to us and all fees and when to pay will be detailed to you in advance
